These two dairy products need to be consumed several times a day and is effective for both men and women. The yogurt can also be applied topically to the infected area.
Garlic also has anti-fungal properties. It can be consumed or applied topically.
Tea tree oil and vinegar are also great for yeast infections but shouldn’t be used undiluted. One can dilute the tea tree oil in warm water and gargle for oral thrust, lie in bath tub of warm water diluted with tea tree oil for the genital infections or soak the infected foot in the diluted solution.
